The Union County 4-H and Youth Development Foundation SPRING GALA is quickly approaching.  Mark your calendars for Saturday, March 17th and join us at the Union County Agricultural Center in Monroe, NC as we enjoy a fun filled night of our local “celebrities” participating in a friendly ballroom dance competition.  For more information on who this year’s celebrities are, who will be judging the event, how to purchase tickets, make a donation or become a sponsor, please visit:  Dancin in the Clover 2018

The financial goal this year is $50,000.  The funds raised at this event become scholarships for summer camps, leadership building conferences, state conferences, 4-H congress, and other opportunities for 4-H members and other youth in Union County who need financial assistance.

The Union County 4-H and Youth Development Foundation, a non-profit 501(c)3 organization was founded in 1998. The Foundation was established to develop financial resources sufficient to fund the activities and programs of the Union County 4H and Youth and Development programs of the North Carolina Cooperative Extension. The Foundation believes that every young person is unique with individual talents, gifts and an innate desire to achieve. The ability of young people to aspire to their full potential is only possible with support from a community which believes in their responsibility to support them in becoming successful adults.
