Healthy Sandwich Ideas for Lunch
Sandwiches are a great way to have a healthy and delicious lunch and not hurt your wallet. Believe it or not, there are many food combinations that we assume do not go together that taste great in a sandwich. For example, Strawberry and turkey sandwich, or peanut butter, banana, and apple filled wheat pita sandwiches.

Turkey Avocado Sandwich
2 slices of whole grain bread
Layer bread with 3oz of deli turkey, ¼ cup of sliced avocado, and 1 slice of low-fat Swiss cheese
