Med Instead of Meds - Mecklenburg and Union County Poster

With Partnership of North Carolina Cooperative Extension in Union and Mecklenburg Counties, We are offering a free Med Instead of Meds class! This 6-week online class will teach participants the 7 steps to eating healthy through influences from a Mediterranean-style eating pattern. Come learn about ways to switching up your favorite foods at the grocery store, and learn some yummy new recipes! This class will be offered every Wednesday, 12:00 p.m. – 1:30 p.m. If you are interested in signing up for the course, use the Med Instead of Meds Registration Form here. Registration Deadline is Friday, May 8th, 2020. Registered participants who were unable to attend the May 6th Introductory session, will receive the recorded session and other class materials.
