What is your favorite component of the 4-H Program? My favorite component of the 4-H Program is that it helps me to be a better person. It encourages me to do the things that I love, like music. It also pushes me to learn new things like dancing and public speaking.
What does 4-H mean to you? 4-H means so much to me because of the friendships I made. I get to help others, which makes me feel so good inside. I am aware of what people are going through in my own community and can be a part of helping.
What is your most memorable 4-H moment? When I won a gold medal at the State level for public speaking. It was my first year and I had practiced so much. I was so nervous at first, but as I kept on, it got easier and easier. My 4-H leader supported me by coming to every event. It was an awesome feeling!
What makes you a True Leader in 4-H? I think I am a True Leader because I have been through all the areas of 4-H for so many years. I have learned to be well rounded in different subjects. Working on my career goals, education, community service has allowed me to be the best I can be.
If you were an animal, what would you be and why? I would be a wolf so I could live in the forest. I like to be with people, and wolves travel in packs!
