The holidays are around the corner, and I’m sure you are thinking about a really good gift to give a young person this year that will change their lives forever through a very unique experience. Have you considered sending them to 4-H overnight camp? This upcoming summer, Union County 4-H is headed to Betsy Jeff Penn 4-H Camp in Reidsville, NC and Millstone 4-H Camp in Ellerbe, NC. Union County 4-H will be taking three groups of young people to camp during the following weeks: June 19–24 and July 10–15, 2022, we will be going to Millstone 4-H Camp and July 27–August 1, 2022, we will be going to Betsy Jeff Penn 4-H Camp.
The cost of the camp is $500, however, you can secure your child’s space between November 1–December 15, 2021, with a $50 deposit. Full and partial scholarships are available and we can set up a payment plan to better serve your family. The cost for camp includes travel to and from camp, a whole week’s worth of fun and educational activities plus room and board. If you sign up your child between November 1–December 15, we will send your child a special gift to unwrap for Christmas.
