This lunch and learn will provide you with Med hacks and tips to eat the Med way. Each session will consist of a short lecture on one of the 7 steps to eating the Med way and a live food demonstration of one of our Mediterranean recipes. Participants will learn steps to:

Change your protein

Swap your fats

Eat more fruits and vegetables

Snack on nuts and seeds

Make your grains whole

Rethink your sweets

CLASS WILL BE TAUGHT BY
