For busy families, it can be difficult finding ways to spend time together and focus on everyone’s overall health. But coming Saturday, October 15th, with N.C. Cooperative Extension, Union County Center you can learn some great ways to be a happy healthy family through our Family Wellness day event. As a part of Farm City week, we are inviting families in Union County for a fun day of learning about taking care of your physical, nutritional, and mental health together! This event is from 11:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. and registration and attendance is free! We welcome all in Union County to join and also leave with some wonderful wellness swag from our community partners and a chance to win a raffle prize!
