We are holding a Safe Plates for Food Managers Training in Union County at our Agricultural Center. Safe Plates is a food safety training course developed by NC State University. Certification is based on passing an ANSI-approved exam from the National Registry of Food Safety Professionals. Passing this exam satisfies the FDA Model Food Code requirement for a certified food protection manager.
Dates of Training: June 3rd & 4th, 2019 from 8AM to 4PM (Includes a 1-hour Lunch)
Test Day: June 5th, 2019 from 9AM to 12PM
Cost: $150 (Includes books, handouts, and exams)
Payment Information: Send payment and registration form by mail or to our county center. Payment must be received before the first day of training, June 3rd, 2019.
