Canning Class: Sweet Spreads & Apple Butter
Capture the taste of fall in a jar! Join us on Friday, October 24, from 12–3 p.m. at the Union County Agricultural Center (3230 Presson Rd, Monroe, NC 28112) for a hands-on canning workshop focused on making delicious apple butter and other sweet spreads.

Union County Sweet Spreads Workshop
This workshop is designed for anyone interested in learning more about safely making jams, jellies and other sweet spreads at home. This hands-on class will cover types of sweet spreads, how to prepare sweet spreads safely and troubleshooting.
