Collapse ▲Union County 4-H spends a lot of time focusing on empowering youth to be healthy – both body and mind – with the skills to make healthy decisions and lead healthy lifestyles. Through National 4-H and North Carolina 4-H, the program areas focus on mind (social and emotional well-being), body (fitness, health, nutrition and safety), and teen mentorship/leadership.
Clubs
**No clubs currently exist focused on this area. We are currently looking for volunteers to lead a club in this project area. Union County 4-H hosts special events and series throughout the year focused on healthy living.**
