During these in-person events, you’ll learn the art of crafting your very own sourdough starter to use for a tangy and crusty sourdough bread. Led by our Jones & Onslow County Family & Consumer Science Agent, Sarah Ware, this series will guide you through the entire process, from creating and maintaining a sourdough starter to kneading and shaping the dough.

Whether you’re a seasoned baker or a beginner, these classes are perfect for anyone looking to enhance their breadmaking skills. You’ll gain valuable insights, tips, and tricks that will elevate your homemade bread to a whole new level.

Join us for sessions of laughter, floury hands, and the mouthwatering aroma of freshly baked bread. Don’t miss out on this opportunity to dough it yourself and impress your friends and family with your artisanal creations!

Please note that this class series will be offered in multiple levels, and participants must complete the Introductory class before enrolling in any advanced courses.
