Job Description - Plans, executes, and evaluates county extension programs within the assigned areas of program responsibility - Assists in establishing new 4H clubs and supporting and maintaining existing clubs -Plans and implements educational workshops for youth and volunteers -Trains and supervises Counselors-in-Training. Supports Interns. -Provides support to the Union County 4-H Program Development Team and the Union County 4-H Advisory Board. -Assists in the marketing, design, promotion, social media promotion and evaluation of 4-H Youth Development programs. -Recruits 4-H youth, community leaders, and businesses to participate in community events and 4-H opportunities -Assists in maintaining 4-H Youth Development program and enrollment files. -Assists with resource development for the 4-H Youth Development program.
