Are you working in foodservice and looking to become a certified food protection manager? Check out the new virtual Safe Plates for Food Managers program! This program educates food service professionals on the best safety practices through an online platform. Certification is based on passing the CFP-ANSI accredited exam from Prometric. This certification is valid throughout the United States for five years and includes a certificate to be displayed in the workplace. The virtual Safe Plates for Food Managers course format allows participants to go through content at their own pace with instructors available for questions and exam review. Participants in the virtual program receive 365-day access to the interactive course content and instructors throughout North Carolina. The cost of the course with the exam is $125. You must complete the online course before scheduling for an exam.
