Our slots for Safe Plates for Food Managers training are filling up! Make sure to register for the Safe Plates training by May 20, 2019.

Safe Plates for Food Managers is a food safety training course developed by NC State University. Certification is based on passing an ANSI-approved exam from the National Registry of Food Safety Professionals. This is a great program for food service managers and supervisory staff in food handling environments who, after passing examination, will fulfill the requirement in the Food and Drug Administration Food Code for a certified food protection manager. The cost for the training is $150, which includes books, handouts, and tests. Training will take place June 3 and 4, with examination on June 5.
