NC State University continues to monitor the spread of COVID-19, the disease caused by the novel coronavirus. In response to this, N.C. Cooperative Extension, Union County Center is postponing all Extension-based programming, classes, and workshops through the month of May.* This measure is being taken to support all of our staff, volunteers, and client base through this challenging time. Our first priority is the safety and security of all parties that work and visit our office.
Extension agents will be available via telephone, email, and other technological manners. At this time agents will not be available at our office. We will make all attempts to update everyone on when these measures are lifted, and programs will be reinstated at the appropriate time. We thank you for your cooperation and support and look forward to serving you very soon.
