Union County 4-H Marketplace provides an opportunity for real-life experiences where 4-Hers in Union County market and sell their products and services during the 4-H Expo. The event will occur on September 16th from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. during the Union County 4-H Expo at 307 Cultivation Circle, Monroe, NC 28112.
All participants must be set up by 9:30 a.m. to receive customers. This program is open to youth between the ages of 5-18 years old and a member of Union County 4-H.
If a business is selling packaged food or drink items, they must include signage on their booth that includes a complete listing of ingredients. No cooking, baking, or food assembly will be allowed. We provide electricity, but members must complete that need in their registration form via 4-H Online.
We welcome the creation of unique items, ideas, and inventions. No reselling of store-bought products or multi-level marketing entries will be accepted.
