Description: We are holding a Safe Plates for Food Managers Training in Union County at our Agricultural Center. Safe Plates is a food safety training course developed by NC State University. Certification is based on passing an ANSI-approved exam from the National Registry of Food Safety Professionals. Passing this exam satisfies the FDA Model Food Code requirement for a certified food protection manager.

Dates of Training: June 1st - 4th, 2020 from 9AM to 1:30PM
Test Day: June 4th, 2020 from 9AM to 1PM

Snacks and refreshments will be provided.

Cost: $150 (Includes books, handouts, and exams)

Payment Information: Send payment and registration form by mail or to our county center
Registration form must be received by May 18th, 2020.
Payment must be received before the first day of training, June 1st, 2020.
