Sign up for Safe Plates for Food Manager in December!
Be sure to sign up soon for our Safe Plate for Food Managers course from December 9th-12th. This 3-day course and 1-day examination is designed to help managers in foodservice to learn and understand the best food safety practices through case studies and hands-on activities. Upon completion of the course, participants can sit for the National Food Safety Manager examination that fulfills the requirement by North Carolina, of having at least one supervisor, certified as a food protection manager.
