Make Your Own Herbal Culinary Salts
We all know that herbs can add flavor to our foods. Rosemary, sage, and basil are a few of our favorites. This activity is a good project to undertake when teaching young chefs to blend flavors and control sodium in recipes. These salts are perfect for the spring season.
