Summer is approaching and refreshing drinks are on the menu. Grab some fresh mint from the herb garden, cucumber from your local Farmers’ Market and let’s get in the kitchen!

Water with Lime and Mint in it for Hydration

 Ingredients

  • 8 cups of water
  • 1 small cucumber, washed and thinly sliced
  • ¼ cup fresh mint leaves, thoroughly washed

 Directions

  1. Pour 8 cups of water into a large water pitcher. Place the thin slices of cucumber and mint leaves in the water.
  2. Cover, refrigerate, and enjoy!
