Here at Union County 4-H, we’re gearing up for an exciting summer filled with adventure, learning, and unforgettable memories! As we eagerly anticipate the warmth of the sun and the joy of summer, we couldn’t wait to share a sneak peek into what we have in store for 2024.
New and Exciting Camps
Youth will join us as we embark on an enriching adventure this summer with some new camps, and of course, we are bringing back your favorites! Youth can participate in a camp dedicated to teaching outside survival skills amidst the wonders of nature. Cultivate valuable life skills that extend beyond the ordinary at our EmpowerU Life Skills Camp, fostering personal growth and development. For those intrigued by the mysteries of the great outdoors, our Wildlife and Forensics Camp offers a unique blend of wildlife exploration and forensic science. In addition to these thrilling new additions, we have the favorites— Young Chefs Culinary Quest, Sew Much Fun, and Tech Trailblazers Robotics. Join us for a summer filled with discovery, learning, and lasting memories!

Registration Information
Registration will open on March 1, 2024, and close on May 20, 2024. Registration is on 4-H Online, and payments will be made at the Union County 4-H Office from 9 a.m.- 5 p.m. via cash, check, credit card (in person and by phone at 704-283-3742), or money order. While some of the camps include field trips, drop-off and pick-up will be at the Union County Ag Center (3230 D Presson Rd. Monro, NC 28112).
