Fermentology Mini Series

Are you interested in learning about the age-old history of sourdough? Or how bees make their own bread? If so, join the Department of Applied Ecology at NC State University in their “Fermentology” online mini-series seminar! These 20-minute talks cover the history, culture, and science behind cultured foods through fermentation.

The seminars begin every Thursday at 4 p.m. EST and will extend into the summer. The seminars are free and available to the community.

If you are interested in this series and would like to sign up, be sure to check out the “Fermentology” Mini-Seminars’ website. Keep yourself “cultured” and stay safe!
