If so, join the Department of Applied Ecology at NC State University in their “Fermentology” online mini-series seminar! These 20-minute talks cover the history, culture, and science behind cultured foods through fermentation.
The seminars begin every Thursday at 4 p.m. EST and will extend into the summer. The seminars are free and available to the community.
