Free Virtual “Med Instead of Meds” Class this October!
Get ready to make healthy and easy choices this holiday season by “Eating the Med Way”!
We will be holding our Fall Virtual Med Instead of Meds Program Wednesdays from October 7th to November 11th. This 6 week, 7-step program teaches participants about healthier eating habits, cooking “life hacks”, and delicious recipes based off of the Mediterranean food pattern. “Eating the Med way” has been proven to protect against chronic illness and may even result in decreasing medication for high blood pressure, high cholesterol, or diabetes. This program is virtual and FREE, all you need is to register. Sessions will be from 12:00 p.m. – 1:30 p.m., Registration Deadline is September 28, 2020.
