February is American Heart Month! It’s a time to celebrate part of our body that keeps us moving! This year a great way to focus on keeping your heart healthy is by following the 7 Days of Self Care provided by the National Heart, Lung, and Blood Institute.

#SelfcareSundays are for making a self-care checklist for your week ahead, #Mindfulmonday is for monitoring your blood pressure levels and heart stats, #TastyTuesday is for trying out a new recipe that’s delicious and good for your heart, #WellnessWednesday is for keeping up with a good wellness routine for your heart like exercise, #TreatYourThursday is for some down time and fun, #FollowFriday a loved one who inspires you to keep your heart running smoothly, and last #SelfieSaturday is for snapping a picture of your favorite way to take care of your heart.
