According to our friends at the University of Arkansas Extension, blueberries contain an abundance of antioxidants. Antioxidants help to fight oxidative damage on cells in your body. They also are a low calorie snack packed with fiber, vitamin C, and manganese. Enjoy them as a morning or afternoon snack, make fresh jam, or even bake them into a pound cake.
