Would you like to participate in a FREE research-based fitness program in order to increase your strength, flexibility, and balance? If so, please join us for our upcoming L.I.F.T. Program!

L.I.F.T. stands for Lifelong Improvements through Fitness Together and we plan to begin the program the first week of March. These classes are open to adults of all fitness levels and will be held virtually through Zoom on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 10:00 – 11:00 a.m. After the exercises, we will spend about 30 minutes discussing topics in nutrition. The deadline to register is Friday, February 24th and we will meet in person once for orientation, Monday, February 27th.
